Insomnia is, unfortunately, something that many people in Britain suffer from, with one in three struggling to get a proper night’s kip.

Identify the issue
First things first you need to understand why you’re struggling to get enough sleep. This will make it much easier to pick a topper which is right for you and will address your needs.
For example, if the issue is a psychological one (worrying about things etc.) then it’s unlikely that your bedding will make too much of a difference and it may be worth seeing a doctor for further help.
